Esther Bunny

Random tried out a new recipe he'd learned from ModtheSims: Fried eggs and bacon.
He wasn't sure what he did wrong, but the flames quickly grew out of control!

Thank goodness for the Fire Service!
Buddy heard a weird alarm sounding that woke him from deep sleep.  He was so disoriented waking up in Orchid's room.
"Don't ask," Random said, heading straight to the bathtub to watch the soot and smoke away.

Buddy wasn't doing too hot at school. Probably because he wasn't doing his homework.  There were just way funner things to do.  Was funner a wordMaybe he would know if he did his homework.
With a shrug he headed to town.
Buddy was lucky.  His Dad always said he had a special family and THREE half-sisters.  Ollie, Orchid... and Cindy.
"Hey Cindy," he said, greeting his kid sister as his mom watched.
Cindy threw herself into his arms excitedly.  "Buddy!!"
When he stood, his mom kissed his cheek.  "How've you been?" she asked cordially.

"Hey Mom," he greeted her. "Doing good."

He had an okay relationship with Sandy.  After his folks divorced, he'd see his mom every now and then when she'd take him for small visits. Now that Cindy was getting older, Sandy was making a push for him and his sister to hang out, which was pretty cool.

"Come on Cindy, wanna swing?"
She was a cute kid.  They usually met at the City Hall park after school once or twice a month.
Sometimes his stepdad Sinjin came, but most times he didn't.  He always had a good time with the Courdecs.

Jill quickly used the pesticides when it was needed when Buddy was away.
Besides, pesticides weren't nearly as bad as Buddy was always complaining about!
Or were they?

Random was hard at work typing when she knocked quietly on the door and interrupted him.
His first reaction was one of extreme surprise.
But, he had to be honest, Jill rocked the look.

After hours and hours and picking away at the keyboard, Random had finished his story.  There was a small e-publishing website he found, so he sent it off and crossed his fingers.  Maybe it would sell!

A small token memoir highlighting the decades of his life.

Random had made it clear that he loved her with or without the green skin.  He loved it when she shook her hair and spread Spores of Happiness.  TMI, but it really made him randy!  They had Dream Date after Dream Date!
She had some issues adjusting to her new thirst for water.  She would literally feel her skin drying out.  It was so uncomfortable!
And the lack of sun through the night was so disorienting!
After Random found her passed out in the front yard, he'd made sure she had a safe place with a growing light to help during the evening hours.
Nothing beat the bright sun rays, though.   There was nowhere she liked to be than in her garden, puttering away, talking the plants and helping them grow!

"Yes!" Ollie just barely kept from waving her progress report with straight A's in Buddy's face.   She knew he didn't come home with nearly as good of grades as her.

Buddy was ready for spring break!

Right smack dab in the middle of Spring Break was Spring Day.  They dyed eggs and hid them around the yard, letting the kids run around and try to spot them first.  They celebrated
Random even tried out a new dessert - bunny cookies!
Jill knocked herself out decorating for the holiday.

She discovered a love of flower arranging.  Usually when everyone was asleep, she would stand under the artificial sunlight and get creative.  But this morning, she wanted to give a beautiful daisy bouquet to all their guests.

"Esther Bunny is coming! Esther Bunny is coming!" Orchid called out excitedly, sliding down the stair railing.

"Be careful! Don't fall!" Buddy called, holding his breath when he saw how high she started her slide.

Family friends came to the Boolprop home, decked out in the Spring Day dressy clothes.

Recently married Joe and Danielle Carr with sons Lincoln and Liam Carr.  Joe had finally talked Danielle into a City Hall wedding.
Holden and Lyndsay Shaik with son Louie Shaik.
Random & Jill Boolprop with children Buddy Boolprop, Ollie Lillard, and Orchid Boolprop.
And of course, Esther Bunny!

Ollie had such a fun time with toddler Louie.  Lyndsay offered to let her babysit anytime she wanted.  Ollie readily agreed, already looking forward to making a little bit of money!

Orchid had a great time getting to know Lincoln and Liam.  Daddy said they were like her cousins.
Esther Bunny taught the family a Spring Day dance - the Bunny Smustle!

"How have you been enjoying Boolpropville?" Random asked Esther curiously.

"Oh, I love it. Everyone's been real friendly!" she exclaimed happily.

Jill and Esther made small talk at the brightly decorated table.
"These bunny cookies are delish!" Esther complimented.  "I'm going to have to get the recipe!"
It had been one of the best Spring Days in history.  Random had been glad to see his friends and their families.  Everyone was growing so fast!

"Dad, can we talk?" Ollie had asked Random seriously after the party wound down.

"What's up honey?" he asked, taking a seat and listening to her talk.

"Boolprop," the man behind the computer called, glancing over the glass partition.

Random handed over the forms, then shot a glance back towards Ollie.
She looked so nervous sitting there in City Hall.  He winked and was pleased to see her smile.

When the paperwork was processed, the city official asked Ollie to step into the photo booth for her new id.

"It's official," he told her.  "You're officially a wacky Boolprop!"
